Our shipping partner is UPS, and it may take between 1-5 business days to deliver once shipped! At this time, due to COVID, longer shipping times may occur that are out of our control.

Though not reflected on the site, yes, you are able to build your own box. Minimum of 4 items per box.

We do not include packing slips – don’t worry, we won’t ruin the surprise. 😉

We ship to the lower 48 in the United States.

We do not accept returns, however, if you have any issues, please email us at info@thoughtfullygifting.com.

We encourage your recipient to take a good look around their porch, mailbox, and check with neighbors. If the order still cannot be located, please email us at info@thoughtfullygifting.com.

The dimensions of the larger box are 10 x 8 x 4. The dimensions of the smaller box are 8x6x4.
